This year’s competition will, like previous years, be a Chinese downhill format, where everyone starts at the same time and the first woman, man, or junior to reach the finish line wins.

 

The competition is divided into the following categories:

Women

Junior up to and including 15 years

Men from 16 years

E-bike

 

As in previous years, the race will run from the dam at Dinglavatnet down to the finish area by the hospital. The exact route will be published closer to the competition day, which is scheduled for Saturday, 18 April.

Meet at the gate on Prestesætervegen, Volda, for registration, bib distribution, and shuttle transport.

Health and Safety:

There will be course marshals stationed along the route, as well as a Red Cross team in the course.

Participants are recommended to inspect the course in advance.

Ride according to the conditions and your ability, and look out for each other if you see anyone involved in a more serious accident.
