All the joints in the body have a great capacity for movement, but we quickly become too one-sided. Increase your movement capacity and experience greater body control and freedom.
Gry Hansen is a former Norwegian champion in both gymnastics and climbing. She has over 25 years of experience as a movement teacher.
She is inspired by a dynamic approach to movement, healthy aging and lifelong learning.
Gry will hold Movement classes free of charge for all festival participants!
